Privacy

We collect your email address to sign you in and to send you messages about your listing, including buyer enquiries. We collect a phone number only if you choose to add one.

Your listing content, including photos, is public by design. Photos are re-encoded on upload and stripped of location and camera metadata before they are stored.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We store a payment reference but never your card details.

We keep hashed, not raw, IP addresses on contact and report forms to detect abuse. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except the services needed to run the site (Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend).

To delete your account and listings, email hello@buymy.au from your sign-in address.
