buymy.au provides a web page for advertising a vehicle you are selling. We are not a party to any sale and do not verify ownership, condition, registration, or the accuracy of anything a seller writes.

A listing costs AUD 10 and stays live for 90 days from payment. You can renew for another 90 days at the same price. Fees are not refundable once a listing is live, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

You must only list a vehicle you are entitled to sell, and only use a plate or address that relates to that vehicle. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, or infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or remove a listing that breaches these terms or that we receive credible reports about, and may block addresses we consider inappropriate. We will tell you by email when we do.

Buyers contact you through the page. We relay their message to your email and never publish your email address. If you choose to show a phone number, it is visible to anyone who views the page.
